CEO BDT Terms & Conditions – Clear & Simple

By accessing, registering on, or using CEO BDT, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using CEO BDT.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between CEO BDT and the user. CEO BDT is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. This service is intended for individuals aged 18 and above.

To register with CEO BDT, you must meet the following requirements:

• Registrants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• If two members of the same household register on separate devices, both will be required to complete identity verification.
• CEO BDT may request additional documents at any time for account verification purposes.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first large withdrawal. This involves clear photos of both sides of your National ID and a selfie. CEO BDT typically completes the verification process within 24 hours.

CEO BDT supports Bangladesh's three major mobile banking services – bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers and selected cryptocurrencies are also accepted.

Transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (applicable across all mobile banking methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum single transaction limit: ৳25,000 (standard members).
• Higher limits apply for VIP members.

CEO BDT confirms that a balance is bonus-free before processing any withdrawal. To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Once a deposit has been received, it cannot be returned until CEO BDT approves it.

CEO BDT regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Rules on Bonuses:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Bonus balance and cash balance are displayed separately.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• CEO BDT reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, CEO BDT reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.

A confirmation message is sent as soon as a bet is placed on CEO BDT. Once confirmed, the bet cannot be modified — unless a cash-out option is available, in which case that may be used.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳10 (Sports Betting).
• Some markets close automatically once a match has kicked off.
• If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, CEO BDT reserves the right to void that bet.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining bet continues.

CEO BDT's odds-setting process is audited by a third party. Any complaints regarding odds must be reported to support within 24 hours of the bet being confirmed.

To maintain a fair environment on the CEO BDT platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Creating fake transactions to obtain bonuses.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or hacking the CEO BDT system.
• Using CEO BDT for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other users on the platform.

CEO BDT may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is proven to have been provided.
• No account activity for 12 consecutive months (as per the inactive account policy).
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting CEO BDT Support. Any existing balance (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn prior to closure, unless the account is being closed due to a breach of terms and conditions.

For inactive accounts, CEO BDT will send an advance notice to the registered mobile number before deducting any fees.

CEO BDT is a place for entertainment, not a financial solution. We take responsible gaming very seriously. The following protective tools are available on CEO BDT:

• Option to set your own daily or monthly deposit limits.
• Option to take a temporary break (cooling-off period) for a set duration.
• Long-term self-exclusion program.
• Links and information for support organizations assisting problem gamblers.

Any dispute with CEO BDT will be resolved through the following steps:

• Step One: Contact us via live chat or email (support@ceobdt.best) to report the issue. Most problems are resolved within 24–48 hours.
• Step Two: If the matter is not resolved at the first step, it will be escalated along with a ticket number to the CEO BDT management team.
• Step Three: If no resolution is reached between the two parties, a complaint may be submitted to the regulatory authority that issued CEO BDT's license.

Complaints regarding betting results must be submitted within 30 days of the bet being confirmed. Complaints regarding transactions must be submitted within 90 days of the transaction date.

CEO BDT reserves the right to update these terms at any time due to business needs, legal obligations, or regulatory changes.

For significant changes, CEO BDT will send a notice to the registered mobile number at least 7 days in advance, or clearly announce it on the site's main page. Continued use of CEO BDT after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
